We see children from birth until their 18 year old "well visit" and for acute illness visits until they are 19 years old.  As teens are getting ready to move to an adult doctor we will help them with the transition to a doctor in the community who is better able to focus on more adult type of care. One easy rule is the RULE OF 4's, which says that freshly pumped or expressed milk can stay up to 4 hours out at room temperature and can stay safe in the refrigerator for 4 days.
